Tack Lab SOLUTIONS' Model RO Lab Tack 501 Standard System Inlet pressure: 30 PSI Minimum & 90 PSI Maximum o Flow Rate: 6.5 Liters/hour, Minimum continuous flow 200 ml/minute, intermittent peak flow. o Temperature: 15 -- 25 degrees Celsius o Water Quality: NCCLS Class II Filter to 0.2 microns absolute o Specific Resistivity: Minimum of 1.0 mega ohm-cm, 25 degrees Celsius. o Total Bacteria Count: les 10cfu/ml o Dissolved Silicate: les 0.1 mg/L This compact Laboratory Reverse Osmosis ("RO") System is for operation on virtually any quality tap water, containing up to 1000 PPM of TDS. It economically produces 10-Liters/hour of RO purified water by removing 95% of the contaminants in the incoming tap water. The system includes a built-in, high-capacity activated carbon pre-filter and a 12.1-Liter pressurized tank to store the RO purified water. This system is also available for a high flow, high capacity applications: Model RO Lab Tack 501. A single RO system can be used to pretreat the tap water feed for several Type I or Type II DI lab water purification systems, and/or point-of-use locations. Tack Lab SOLUTIONS' Reverse Osmosis Pretreatment Systems include a pressurized RO storage tank, which eliminates the need for level controls, overflow piping, and transfer pumps. A Reverse Osmosis System should be considered under the following circumstances: Incoming tap water contains more than 170 parts per million (ppm) of total dissolved solids. DI water usage exceeds 189 liters ...
