We stared Our Journeys Long Back in 27-JULY-1999 . We over come so many hurdles and stab listed our position in the field of PDW or Bottled drinking water hole west Bengal. Now we are one of the Leading Brand of west Bengal. Manufacturing Procedure Water Source : Underground bore well Water Procedure : Step 001 : We lift water with the help of submersible pump and store in a water tank. Chlorine dosing is done here to kill the Este & Mould and others Bacteria. Step 002 : Then with the help of another SS pump we pump that water in a OC ( Oxidation Chamber ) . It remove Iron(Fe) from water after passing through it only 0.1 ppm Iron remain in water. Step 003 : Then this Iron free water passes through DMF ( Dole Media Filter ). It Removed all dust particles and impurity from Iron free water. Step 004 : After that it goes into softener it reduce the hardness of the water by reduce the Sodium and Magnesium ion from water. Step 005 : This filtered water goes through ACF( Activated Carbon Filter ) to remove Arsenic ,Order, Colour etc. Step 006 : After that this purified water passes through the RO ( Reverse Osmoses ) Block. It Removed all most all TDS ( Turbidity Dissolved Solid ) and it reduced into 10-12 ppm. Even the bacteria can't passes through those membrane filters. Step 007 : In this stage dosing is done to maintain the pH of the water in between 6.7 to 7 . Step 008 : To sterilized this purified water passed through UV ( ultra violet ) Ray to kill all bacteria.
