This machine totally processes one ton (2000 pounds) of tires in 4 hours. It starts on natural gas or propane and switches over to it's own generated gas in about an hour into the process. This is the decomposition of organic material at high temperatures in an inert atmosphere (or vacuum). The pyrolysis of waste tires represents an alternative environmentally-friendly process and at the same time enables you to gain useful products. Oils obtained by pyrolysis can be used directly as a fuel or as an admixture to products of petrochemical industry, as well as be a source of chemicals. Gases can also be used as a fuel. Char can be used either as a smokeless fuel, carbon black or activated carbon, or can be gassified to obtain gaseous fuels. During the pyrolysis pyrolytic char, oil and gas occur. We obtained approximately 50 % of oil, 30 % of char, 10 % of steel 9 % of gas and 1 % of water
